As Spaghetti Factory we’ve been taking a little time to assess what we want to do and what might be useful to us if we weren’t us. We want to try out setting aside regular dedicated chat time/studio visits for Northern artists. Introducing… TALKTELLINI
There’s a time and a place for chatting about ideas and it can be hard to find that. It’s really fun to talk about your ideas and really interesting to hear someone’s ideas. Studio practice can be lonely, going over ideas by yourself and writing the same statements over again without thinking about what they even mean anymore. Or what you even like about your practice ??
We can’t offer you huge pearls of wisdom but we want to give our time and attention for you to chat about what you’re making, researching or thinking about. Informal networks of support are a big part of why we do SF and we’ve been thinking about how we can continue this, and this is what this is !!
If you're interested get in touch and we'll do our best to organise a studio visit. We can do IRL if you’re close and a zoom if you're not
